Use of our site and making purchases through it is governed by these terms and conditions, as they apply at any time. These terms form the contract between our business and our customers. By completing the new user registration form and its application, you agree unconditionally that you are aware of the terms and conditions regarding the conclusion of transactions with our business and that these are subject to, and governed by the terms and conditions communicated to you on the website and only, as they apply at the time of the contract between us.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms of use and any other rule governing the use of the e-shop site on its discretion. The terms and conditions may change without notice, so we advise our clients to check them in order to be aware of their content. Any use of the site after such change or modification will be deemed to constitute acceptance by your side of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. The terms and conditions cannot be altered or changed without the written consent of the business. The applicable terms and conditions are those that are in force at the time you use our site or submit your order and have been drafted and interpreted in accordance with applicable national law and therefore any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation is governed by Greek law. In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, your business is able to request compensation for any damage or loss. Failure to exercise its rights under these terms shall not entail a resignation of its rights.

In the event that you have not reached that age, we encourage you not to exchange with us, in order to avoid legal disputes, otherwise our business maintains the right to bring legal actions against those who have custody and supervision of minors, falsely presented as adults.
Any interested person is allowed to browse our website without requiring the disclosure of personal information. Simply browsing our site and searching for one of our products and goods does not necessarily entail buying them. A user can become every visitor to our web site. Purchases of products and goods displayed on our site can only be made if you are a user. Your registration on our site as a user does not imply any burden or commitment. The new user registration process is on our homepage, where the user is requested to submit honestly and voluntarily the requested data on the relevant field. The honest submission of the data requested by our company is requested only to handle the orders to your best service and is preserved by us. The information provided by the users is used by our company in order for our customers to contact our online store, to provide answers to any questions they may arise, so that their order can be executed immediately and efficiently. Every good and product displayed on the site displays the price, the available quantity and its essential characteristics. The prices of the products and goods displayed on our website it include a VAT tax - if they fall under it. The shipping costs are not included in the price quoted, but they are presented in a special section and analyzed on the order form before it is completed.
The user of our website can make purchases of products and goods displayed on it, following a simple procedure. After selecting a product, you fill out the above related details, select the payment method, and then complete the order by sending it to our business. When filling in the order form, your name, address, postcode, e-mail address, mobile and / or home telephone number, payment method, delivery method are requested and if you request the issue of an invoice you must complete the required tax information as well. Our business can archive the orders and their progress until they are executed in order to upgrade its services and be able to check whether any new customer / user order is honest and / or serious. Our business does not provide any other natural or legal person (private or public law) the details of its customers / users. Disclosure of personal data may be made only if required by law, court or public order to protect company’s rights or to ensure the personal safety of its users in case of urgency. Before making the purchase, it is recommended to cross-check and confirm the purchase of products that the user wishes to buy in order to avoid any incorrect choice or unwanted option, through the existence of an electronic cart. The firm may request additional information on the execution of the order if it considers it is necessary. The company maintains the right to confirm if the order is honest and given with serious intent by the user, using the data given by the user at a reasonable time and using appropriate means.
Once you complete and send your order, delivery may take up to 1-2 days, depending on the volume of the products to be delivered , the availability of the transport service and the distance between the place of delivery of the goods and our company’s headquarters.
You can check the status of your order via telephone contact with our business. In case of lack of stock, we will contact you within 1 working day, either by telephone or by e-mail, and we will offer you another similar product or we will agree with you to execute the order once the ordered product is back in stock or we will cancel the order in whole or in part, by electronic and telephone confirmation and by returning any paid money.
The company is not responsible for any delays caused for the valid transfer - delivery of the products by the cooperating transport companies. These events are considered and agreed not to fall within the control field and its sphere of influence. The company is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the products due to fault of the cooperating transport companies or due to events of force majeure. In the latter case, it is agreed to be entitled to an extension of the order's execution time. Indicatively mentioned are delays caused by strikes, wars, terrorist acts, mechanical damage, natural disasters. Our business acts and will act in the right direction to solve any problem within a reasonable time to execute the order, as long as this does not entail any extra burden on our client and on our own. Contracts that have been executed for more than one month may be terminated without notice.
The company accepts payment by cash on delivery, bank transfer (in our Piraeus, Emporiki and Eurobank accounts), credit cards or cash at its headquarters. All credit cards are accepted for use and payment at our headquarters. Accepted cards for payment through the e-shop are Visa, MasterCard and Electron Visa. The execution of orders in the event of a bank transfer takes place after confirmation of the deposit of the price in the given accounts of our company. Orders are executed in the case of cash on delivery with a payment to the employee of the cooperating with us postal company. The order will also include the relevant shipping invoice.
According to the applicable law, our client has the right to withdraw without a reason within 14 calendar days, returning the goods to their original condition, without incurring any cost other than the return costs. The time limit for the exercise of this right shall commence upon receipt. Returns of orders are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, i.e. not unsealed or used, accompanied by a retail sale receipt or an invoice. If you exercise the above right of withdrawal (by completing the relevant form, communicating the relevant event to our business and sending the order at your own expense to our address, and in general if the legal conditions for doing so are met), your business returns the amount of the purchase price. Where the price is wholly or partly covered by a credit granted to our customers, either by our company or by a third party, under a contractual agreement between our third party and our company, then if the right of withdrawal is exercised, it can be denounced under the provisions of the Civil Code and the credit agreement, without payment of compensation. In the event that your order is canceled for minor reasons after sending it from our headquarters and before it is delivered to you, any money you have paid is refunded, but shipping costs are not included to the refund. In cases where your order is returned to the business, due to non-receipt or false information, we will refund any purchase price already paid, but not the delivery costs. If the product is damaged during transportation, please inform us immediately and if possible send us photos.
The company makes serious effort to ensure that your personal information (address, credit card number, account number, etc.) are not violated or read by unauthorized persons. However, it does not guarantee that this is always possible. We guarantee that the business does not have access to your bank data and we do not store information about your bank or your credit card. Please enter the details of your payment for each order you make.
Our business is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer by viruses, worms, spyware, or anything similar during the connection to our site. Our business is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) incurred by our client or user whose credit card is being used illegally or is being used in an unauthorized manner.

The creation or publication of a database containing parts of our website without the express prior consent of our business , is not allowed.
For any dispute related to the execution, application or interpretation of the present and generally to the transactions made under these terms between our users / customers and our business, the applicable law is Greek. Jurisdiction to resolve these disputes lies under the Greek courts, and the courts of Athens are the only competent authorities in the area.
